  • ·         Chilli Powder (Recommended: Kashmiri): 1 Tsp
  • ·         Coriander Powder: ½ Tsp
  • ·         Turmeric: ¼ Tsp
  • ·         Kasturi Methi: ½ Tsp
  • ·         Lemon Juice: 1 Tsp
  • ·         Salt To Taste

BEFORE COOKING:-

  • ·         Cut The Skin On The Chicken Breast Slightly
  • ·         Take A bowl, Add Chicken Breast, Curd, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric, Kasturi Methi, Lemon Juice, Salt For Taste Then Mix it well And Leave It On 5 Minutes

PREPERATION:-

  • ·         Step#1: Set Your Stove On Low Fame, Then Apply Oil On Pan.
  • ·         Step#2: Put The Masala Stuff Chicken Add Into Pan
  • ·         Step#3: Cook On Each Side For 4-5 Mins (Medium Flame)
  • ·         Step#4: After Take Cooked Chicken Then Put Into The Bowl Then In an Iron Spoon With Hot Coal + Oil (For Smoky Flavour)
  • ·         Step#5: Close The Vessels For 1 min Then Ready Your Meal
