MEAL#1: Basa – Indian Style Fish Fry
INGREDENTS:
Fish: 200 Grams
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tsp
Oil: 1 Tsp
Turmeric: ½ Tsp
Red Chilli Powder: ¼ Tsp
Lemon Juice: 1 Tsp
Salt For Taste
BEFORE COOKING:
Add Fish, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric, Red
Chilli Powder, Lemon Juice, Salt For Taste Into The Bowl
Mix It Well And Marinate For Atleast 30 Mins
PREPERATION:
Step#1: Set Your Stove on Low Fame, Apply Oil
On a Pan
Step#2: Then Add Marinated Fish Into Pan
Step#3: Cook The Fish For 4-5 Minutes Each Side
Step#4: Then Ready The Basa Indian Style Fish
Fry Is Ready.
