INGREDENTS:
- Tomato: 1
- Onion: 1
- Chillies: 2
- Oil: 1 Tsp
- Red Chilli Powder: ½ Tsp
- Turmeric: ¼ Tsp
- Eggs: 6 (2 Whole Eggs, 4 Egg White)
- Coriander Leaves : As You Wish
- Salt For Taste
BEFORE
COOKING:
- Chopped Tomato, Onion, Chillies
- Put Eggs and Egg White Into The Bowl And Blend It Well
PREPERATION:
- Step#1: Set Your Stove In Low Fame And Apply Oil Into Pan
- Step#2: Then Add Onion, Green Chillies, Cook It Until Golden Brown
- Step#3: After You Achieve Brownish Color Then Added Tomato, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Mix It
- Step#4: And Added Blended Eggs Into The Pan Then Add Pinch Of Salt
- Step#5: Mix It Well, Finishing Touch Adding Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Step#6: Finally You Made Yummy Egg Bhurji
