  • Chillies: 2
  • Oil: 1 Tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder: ½ Tsp
  • Turmeric: ¼ Tsp
  • Eggs: 6 (2 Whole Eggs, 4 Egg White)
  • Coriander Leaves : As You Wish
  • Salt For Taste

BEFORE COOKING:

  • Chopped Tomato, Onion, Chillies
  • Put Eggs and Egg White Into The Bowl And Blend It Well

PREPERATION:

  • Step#1: Set Your Stove In Low Fame And Apply Oil Into Pan
  • Step#2: Then Add Onion, Green Chillies, Cook It Until Golden Brown
  • Step#3: After You Achieve Brownish Color Then Added Tomato, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Mix It
  • Step#4: And Added Blended Eggs Into The Pan Then Add Pinch Of Salt
  • Step#5: Mix It Well, Finishing Touch Adding Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Step#6: Finally You Made Yummy Egg Bhurji
