RESTARURANT STYLE CHICKEN FRIED RICE RECIPE WITH MACROS

INGREDENTS:

·         Rice: 1 Cup

·         Carrot: 1

·         Beans: 1

·         Ginger: 1 Tsp

·         Garlic: ½ Tsp

·         Eggs: 1

·         Chicken Breast: 100 Grams

BEFORE COOKING:

·         Boil The Rice Slightly Then Remove The Excess Water And Cool it

·         Cut 1 Carrot, 1 Beans, (Ginger, Garlic- Small Pieces)  In The Plate

·         Take 1 Egg Into Bowl Blend It Well

·         Boiled 100 Grams Of Chicken Then Cut In Small Pieces

PREPERATION:

·         Set Your Stove At Low Fame, Apply Oil Into Pan.

·         Then Add Cut ½ Tsp Of Garlic and  1 Tsp Ginger Cook for 3 Mins

·         Add Cut Carrot And Beans Cook For 4 Mins

·         In Pan Places You Vegetables In A Corner Then Add Blended Egg Then Cook It Well

·         Then Mix into The Vegetables And Add 2 Tsp Of Red Chilli Sauce, Salt Into It Then Mix It Well

·         Add 100 Grams Cut Chicken Breast Into The Pan, Mix It Again Then Add Rice Into It Cook 4 Mins Mix It Well

·         Add Spring Onion Leaves, Coriander Leaves For Falvor

·         Then Your Meal Is Ready

Protein: 41.9 Grams

Fats: 13.3 Grams

Carbs: 59.1 Grams

Fiber: 5.2 Grams
