Oats: 280 Grams (For 40 Grams Per Day)

Peanut Butter: 14 Tsp (For 2 Tsp Per Day)

Honey: 7 Tsp (For 1 Tsp Per Day)

Unsweetened Coco Powder: 7 Tsp (For 1 Tsp Per Day)

Raw Whey Protein: 7 Scope (For 1 Scope Per Day)

PREPARATION

Add 280 Grams Of Oats Into A Bowl Then 14 Tsp Of Peanut Butter Into It

Then Add 7 Tsp Of Honey, 7 Tsp Of Unsweetened Coco Powder, 7 Scope Raw Whey Protein

Then Mix It Well, If It Get Dry, You Can Add Little Bit Water Into It

Then Set Into A Square Box. Apply Square Shape In Square Box

Cool It Down For 1 Hours In Fridge

Then Cut The Protein Bars As 7 For 7 Days
