Hello Friends In this Blog I am Gonna Share With Simple Dalia (Broken Wheat) Recipe

INGREDENTS

·         Dalia: 1 Cup

·         Ghee: 1 Tsp

·         Water: 3 Cups

·         Jaggery: 2 Tsp

·         Milk: 1 Cup

·         Almonds: 5

BEFORE COOKING

·         Roast 1 Cup Of Dalia In 4 Minutes At Low Flame

·         Chopped The 5 Almonds

PREPERATION

·         Set Your Stove On Low Flame And Apply 1 Tsp Of Ghee Into The Pan

·         Add Roasted Dalia Again Roasting With Ghee For 2 Minutes

·         Then Boil The Roasted Dalia With 3 Cup Of Water For 10-15 Minutes

·         After You Can Dalia Absorbs More Water And Some Jaggery Into It

·         Take It in Separate bowl And Add 1 Cup Of Milk and Chopped Almonds For Taste

·         Then Your Healthy Meal Is Ready

 

Meal#2:

INGREDENTS

·         Dalia: 1 Cup

·         Ghee: 1 Tsp

·         Carrot: ½ Cup

·         Beans: ½ Cup

·         Green Peas: ½ Cup

·         Red Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp

·         Turmeric: ½ Tsp

·          

BEFORE COOKING

·         Cut Carrot And Beans In A Bowl

·         Roast 1 Cup Of Dalia For 4 Minutes

PREPERATION

·         Set Your Stove On Low Flame And Apply 1 Tsp Of Ghee Into The Pan

·         Add Roasted Dalia Again Roasting With Ghee For 2 Minutes

·         Add ½ Cup Of Carrot, ½ Cup Of Beans And ½ Cup Of Chicken Peas Into The Pan And Cook It For  1 Minutes

·         Then Add 1 Tsp Of Red Chilli Powder, ½ Tsp Of Turmeric Powder Then Cook It For 2 Minutes

·         Add 3 Cup Of Water Into It Then Let It Cook For 10 - 15 Minutes

·         Okay The Yummy Meal Is Ready
