HIGH PROTEIN SOYA CHUNKS BHURJI RECIPE WITH MACRO |
INGREDENTS:
- Ø Soya Chunks:50 Grams

- Ø Tomatoes: 2
- Ø Green Chilli: 1
- Ø Red Chili Powder: ½ Tsp
- Ø Turmeric: ¼ Tsp
- Ø Coriander Leaves for Taste
Ø Salt for Taste
BEFORE COOKING:
- Ø Add Soya Chunks And Water Into Bowl
And Boil It 5 Minutes
- Ø Then Remove Excess Of Water From
Soya Chunks And Cut It In Small Pieces
- Ø Cut Onion, Tomatoes, Green Chilli In
Small Pieces
PREPERATION:
- Ø Step#1: Set You Stove At Low Flame,
Apply Oil Into Pan
- Ø Step#2: Then Add Onion, Green Chilli
Cook Until Golden Brown
- Ø Step#3: After You Got Golden Brown
Color Then Add Tomatoes, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Into The Pan
- Ø Step#4: Cook It For 5 Minutes And
Then Add Cut Soya Chunks, Salt for Taste.
- Ø Step#5: Cook And Mix It Another 4
Minutes At Low Flame
- Ø Step#6: And Ready Your Yummy Meal!!
